We stand behind our gear and want to ensure it meets the demands of your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is clean and free of trail dust or debris.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it to the outside of your box, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange gear immediately.
